How does Jo & Lou apparel fit?
Our sweatshirts run true to size with a relaxed, everyday fit. Check our Size Chart for exact garment measurements (not body measurements) — comparing these numbers to a similar sweatshirt you already own is the easiest way to find your size.

S through 3XL.

Processing & Shipping

How long does it take to make my order?
Every Jo & Lou item is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

How long does shipping take?
Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Jo & Lou ships within the US only.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Since everything is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons like sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at hello@joandlou.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since items are made to order, we recommend checking the Size Chart carefully before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us at hello@joandlou.com before you order and we're happy to help.

Caring for Your Sweatshirt

How do I wash my Jo & Lou sweatshirt?
Machine wash cold (max 30°C/90°F), non-chlorine bleach only if needed, tumble dry low heat, and do not dryclean.

Will the print fade or crack?
Following the care instructions above will help your print stay looking sharp for the long haul. We recommend washing inside out to give the design extra protection.
