All Jo & Lou items are made to order, so we're unable to accept returns for reasons like sizing or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please email us at hello@joandlou.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
