Shipping policy

Processing time: All Jo & Lou items are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time: Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 4–8 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs: Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. Orders over $55 ship free.

International orders: We currently ship within the United States only.
